LK Olive currently deliver to the UK Mainland only, we would be delighted to quote on shipping costs to Northern Ireland and offshore islands.

We dispatch products the day of receipt of the order provided we receive confirmation of the order by 12.00 midday. We can make exceptions to this time rule and would ask you contact us by phone if you have a particularly urgent order, we can be reached on 07765 245590.

We ask all customers to check their order and notify us of any problems within 48 hours of receipt of the order. In order to qualify for a refund we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill an order you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be given, using the same payment method as used for the purchase. LK Olive are unable to refund any body product or oil/vinegar product that has come into contact with a person, we will only issue refunds for goods that are damaged. We will require full written details on the reason for the return, explanation of the fault and written proof of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return any item to us for any reason however to qualify for a refund the item you are returning must be in a saleable condition and must be sent back within 10 days of the date of dispatch. We must receive a written explanation on the reason for the return and proof of purchase. We will refund using the credit/debit card that was used to make the purchase.

Once an order is received you will receive written confirmation of your order by email. It is your responsibility to ensure that the credit or debit card which you are using is your own, you are over 18 years of age and that sufficient funds are available to pay for the goods.

We guarantee to never pass your personal details to a third party and any information received will never be shared for marketing purposes.

Only authorized LK Olive staff have access to client information and only those members of staff involved in warehousing and logistics are given clients addresses, these members of staff do not have access to your personal bank/debit/credit card details/home telephone or mobile numbers.

In the event of a customer wanting to pay over the phone for a purchase any credit/debit card details written down will be destroyed immediately after the transaction has been completed.
